Terms and Conditions of ar111 – Terms of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "ar111" or "Platform": refers to the ar111.best website, its subdomains, and any application or interface made available for accessing the services described in this document.
• "User" or "you": any individual who creates an account or uses ar111's services.
• "Account": individual profile created by the User on ar111, linked to their CPF and email address.
• "Real Balance": amount in BRL (R$) deposited by the User and available for bets and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Balance": amount credited by ar111 as part of a promotion, subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• "Rollover": the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to a real money balance and withdrawn.
• "Bet": any selection placed by the User on sports or casino markets available on ar111.
• "Services": Sports Betting, live betting, Live Casino, slots, roulette, and all other features available on the platform.

To create an account and use ar111's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion period at ar111 or enrolled in any betting exclusion program;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

Each User may hold only one (1) active account on ar111. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, the same address, or the same device is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and cancellation of any bonus balances.

Registration is free. By completing the sign-up process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all of the eligibility requirements above. ar111 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the authenticity of the details provided.

Ar111 follows identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering standards and applicable regulations governing the betting sector in Brazil.

To process withdrawals or to meet regulatory obligations, the User may be asked to provide the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) — front and back;
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie holding your ID document, as instructed by support;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

The verification process is completed once and is entirely free of charge. While verification is pending, ar111 may temporarily suspend the User's ability to withdraw until documents are validated. Withdrawals made after verification is complete are processed via Pix in under ten minutes for standard users.

Ar111 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly in cases of significant financial activity or suspected irregularities. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

All financial transactions on ar111 are conducted exclusively in BRL (R$). The platform accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — credited within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil;
• PicPay — Brazilian digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallet;
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction. ar111 does not impose a maximum limit, although the operational limits of the payment methods themselves may apply.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name. Processing time is up to ten minutes for standard users. VIP Program members at the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels receive progressively faster processing.

Ar111 does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees may apply in specific situations, as communicated to the User in advance. The User is responsible for any charges imposed by their financial institution.

If fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of any clause of these Terms is suspected, ar111 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals while conducting an internal investigation. The User will be notified by email of any hold and the estimated resolution timeframe.

Ar111 offers betting on more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international competitions), volleyball (Superliga Masculina and Feminina), basketball (NBB, NBA), UFC/MMA, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant, Free Fire), tennis, futsal, and Formula 1.

Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per selection. Combo bets (multiples) follow the same minimum per bet slip.

By placing a bet, the User agrees to the following general rules:

• Placed and confirmed bets are final and cannot be canceled by the User, except when the cash out feature is available;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement, ar111 will apply the sport-specific rules for bet settlement — typically a full refund for affected single bets;
• Bets with odds below 1.10 may not count toward bonus rollover requirements;
• Ar111 reserves the right to suspend markets, change odds, or cancel bets in cases of technical error, match-fixing, or confirmed irregularity;
• In the event of a dispute over a bet's outcome, the official result published by the competition's governing body shall prevail.

The cash out allows the User to cash out a bet before the final result, with the value calculated in real time based on how the event is unfolding. Cash out is available for most football, volleyball, basketball, and e-sports markets, but is not guaranteed for all events or markets.

Ar111 offers its users a variety of promotions, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all of them:

• Each promotion is valid for one (1) entry per user, per CPF, and per address, unless otherwise indicated;
• The welcome bonus is 100% up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit, with a 5x rollover on the bonus amount and a 30-day timeframe;
• Bonus balance is used automatically once the real balance runs out;
• Promotions cannot be combined with each other unless explicitly stated in the offer description;
• Ar111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion with 24 hours' notice, except in cases of technical error requiring immediate correction;
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts or placing systematic bets to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.60 and slots bets count in full toward rollover completion. Roulette bets contribute 50% and live blackjack bets contribute 30%, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion.

The ar111 VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — and is based on the User's total betting volume over time.

Level progression is calculated automatically by ar111's system based on the volume criteria published on the VIP Program page. Benefits at each level include, among others:

• Bronze: 5% weekly cashback on net losses;
• Silver: 10% weekly cashback;
• Gold: 18% weekly cashback and priority withdrawals;
• Platinum: 25% weekly cashback and expanded limits;
• Diamond: 30% weekly cashback, instant withdrawals, and access to exclusive promotions.

VIP cashback is credited every Sunday as free balance, with no additional rollover requirement. The amount is calculated based on net weekly losses (deposits minus withdrawals and winnings). ar111 reserves the right to adjust VIP Program progression criteria and benefits, with prior notice to affected users.

In addition to Sports Betting, ar111 offers live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), slots, crash games, and other games available on the platform. The following rules apply to these services:

• Casino games are provided by licensed third-party suppliers. ar111 is not liable for technical failures in those suppliers' systems, though it acts as an intermediary to help resolve disputes;
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed on screen before each round begins;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round — such as a connection drop or server interruption — ar111 will follow the game provider's policies to settle the affected round;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is listed in the game's information sheet, accessible before starting a session;
• Crash games and other instant-result games run on verifiable algorithms. The result history is available on each game's panel.

By using ar111, the User agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Creating or using more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human betting;
• Exploiting technical flaws, odds errors, or platform bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Coordinate bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or secure artificial winnings (match fixing);
• Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering;
• Harass, threaten, or insult other users or members of the ar111 support team;
• Resell, transfer, or assign your account or balance to a third party.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses and pending balances, and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation. ar111 will cooperate with the relevant authorities in cases involving illegal activity.

User-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support via chat or at suporte@ar111.best. Before closure, any available real balance will be returned via Pix, provided identity verification requirements have been met and no investigation is ongoing. Bonus balances are not returned upon voluntary account closure.

ar111-Initiated Closure: The platform reserves the right to close or suspend any account that:

• Violate any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Is involved in fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering;
• Provided false information during registration;
• Belongs to someone under 18 years of age;
• Belong to the same holder as an existing account.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, the real money balance may be held for the duration of the investigation. The User will be notified by email of the closure and the reasons for it, except where prior notification could compromise an ongoing investigation.

Ar111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm among its users. The platform provides the following control tools to all users:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you deposit on the platform;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with a single click, no need to contact support;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. Accounts under permanent self-exclusion cannot be reactivated;

Ar111 is an entertainment platform. Services are provided "as is" and ar111 does not guarantee winnings or specific outcomes on bets placed on the platform.

Ar111 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets voluntarily placed by the User;
• Temporary connectivity issues or platform access failures caused by external factors;
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to the User's account where such access results from the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Decisions made based on third-party information about sporting events;
• Odds fluctuations between the time a live bet is opened and the time it is definitively registered, in high-volatility markets.

Ar111's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the real balance available in the User's account at the time of the relevant event. Under no circumstances will ar111 be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from the use of the platform.

Ar111 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect after users are notified, which may be done via:

• Email sent to the address registered on the account;
• Prominent notice displayed on the platform's main page;
• In-account notification displayed upon login.

Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes implied acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date stated in the notification. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the use of ar111 will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through the platform's support team. If no agreement is reached, both parties elect the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, as the exclusive venue to settle any controversies, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Ar111 operates in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation governing the betting and digital entertainment sector, including but not limited to the LGPD, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil relating to digital financial transactions.
